1. We Never Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or provide your personal information or chat content to advertisers or data brokers. We only send data to service providers when it is required to provide a feature you requested, such as Google Gemini for Chat Wrap and Paystack for payments.

2. How Chat Wrap Data is Processed

When you upload a WhatsApp export to generate Chat Wrap:

• Your Consent: Before analysis, you must agree to the chat text and participant names being sent securely to Google Gemini.
• Removed Before Upload: Participant names are replaced with anonymized labels and common email addresses, phone or account-like numbers, and links are redacted on your device before anything is uploaded. Automated redaction cannot guarantee removal of every personal detail.
• Temporary, Not Permanent: Your anonymized chat is held temporarily in private, encrypted-at-rest storage while your Wrapped is generated and is automatically deleted when the analysis completes, no later than 24 hours after submission. The original ZIP or TXT is never stored.
• Your Result: We store the generated Wrapped so you can view it. A report is public only when someone has its share link, and the link automatically expires.

3. Anonymous Messages & Mutual Consent

For private messages sent through Unsaid:

• Mutual Reveal Only: Your real identity is never exposed unless both conversation participants explicitly agree to reveal themselves.
• Participant Control: A recipient can decline a conversation, and either participant can leave an active conversation.

4. Cookies & Security

We use secure, HTTP-only session cookies to manage user logins safely. All data transmitted between your browser and Unsaid is encrypted over TLS (HTTPS).

5. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You can delete your account from your profile. This permanently removes your profile, owned Wrapped reports, anonymous conversations and their messages, and associated payment records from our database. We retain only a one-way email fingerprint to prevent repeated welcome-credit claims; it cannot be used to recover your email address. You can also contact us at:
